FAQ

Here are just a few of the questions I am frequently asked. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 5 working days for your jewellery to be made. I will usually make a start on your order the same day it’s placed, or the next working day and will email you as soon as your order is finished.

How do you post orders?

UK jewellery orders are posted 1st class recorded with Royal Mail. Overseas orders will be posted with Royal Mail Airmail tracked & signed, Airmail tracked or Airmail signed for.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, gift wrapping is available and I can include your message on a gift tag too. Please tick the box at checkout to add gift wrapping to your order. If you request gift wrapping, a gift receipt will be enclosed too.

Do you ship World-wide?

Yes I post World-wide with Royal Mail Airmail. Overseas deliveries are estimated to take 1-2 weeks but can take longer if they are held up at customs or during busy times of the year.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

Can I upgrade the shipping?

I can upgrade UK orders to a guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail for an additional cost. If you would like to upgrade the shipping on your order, please send me an email.

Unfortunately I’m unable to offer any shipping upgrades on overseas orders.

Will my jewellery come with a gift box?

Yes, every piece of jewellery comes in a gift box which is pictured on each product page.

How do I find my ring size?

The best way to check your ring size is to go to a jeweller’s. If you’re not able to do that, I also sell plastic ring sizers which measure UK and US ring sizes.

Why does some of the sterling silver jewellery look white?

I photograph my jewellery in a white light room so there are no dark reflections on the silver. The white background can make the surface of the silver appear white in colour instead of silver.

Some jewellery pieces look really big in the photographs.

I use a macro lens on my camera to take good close up photographs of my jewellery. This can make the jewellery appear larger than it actually is. The actual size of each piece of jewellery will be in the product description.

Do you have any readymade jewellery?

From time to time I may have some pieces of jewellery that are readymade. These will all be listed in my Etsy shop.
